• What’s Included: Your Go-Karts ticket includes your general entry to Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure for the day! You do not need to purchase a separate R50 General Entry ticket for the person using this pass.

Important Terms & Conditions for Go-Karts

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing your Go-Karts ticket:

1. Height Restriction: For your safety, participation in Go-Karts is strictly subject to a minimum height requirement. This requirement will be clearly displayed at the Go-Kart track. Nelo’s staff reserve the right to deny participation if the height requirement is not met.
2. Safety Rules: All riders must strictly adhere to all safety rules, instructions, and verbal directions provided by Nelo’s staff and displayed signage. Failure to comply will result in immediate prohibition from the activity without refund.
3. Ticket Validity: This ticket is valid only for the specific date of purchase and use.
4. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Transferable: Go-Karts tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or moved to another date once purchased. Please ensure your chosen date and time are suitable before completing your transaction.
5. No Refunds: In line with our general refund policy, no refunds will be issued for Go-Karts tickets due to change of mind, inability to attend, or non-compliance with safety rules resulting in denied participation.
6. Activity Availability: Go-Karts are subject to availability, capacity limits, weather conditions, and operational requirements. Nelo’s does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Go-Karts at all times. No refunds will be issued for temporary closures due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, provided other attractions remain open.
