General Entry: Your Day of Farmyard Fun!

Step into a world of laughter, discovery, and delightful moments at Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure! Our General Entry ticket provides access to a wide array of family-friendly attractions, ensuring a day filled with joy for everyone.

General Entry: R50 per person

• A General Entry ticket is required for ALL individuals entering Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure premises, including all spectators and guardians.
• Includes access to:
  • Main Park Grounds and Designated Spectator Areas.
  • Age-Appropriate Play Areas:
    • Little Explorers (Ages 0-2 Years)
    • Kid Ventures (Ages 2-14 Years)
• Important Rules for Play Areas:
  • All play equipment is strictly for the designated age groups indicated.
  • Adults (18 years and older) are strictly NOT permitted to use any children’s play equipment (e.g., jumping castles, slides, climbing frames). These areas are designed for children’s safety and weight limits.
  • Adults may enter play area enclosures only to supervise their children and must remain as spectators.
• Understanding Activity Passes:
  • If you purchase a ticket for a specific activity (e.g., Go-Karts, Quad Bikes, or Zip-lining), the R50 General Entry fee is included for that individual.
  • However, an activity pass ONLY grants participation in the specific activity purchased. It DOES NOT automatically include access to or use of other facilities such as the Petting Zoo, Swimming Pools, or other pay-per-use attractions. These require separate tickets or fees.
  • An activity pass also does not grant adults permission to use children’s play areas.
• Consequence of Non-Compliance: Any person, including adults, found using equipment outside of their designated age group, without proper access, or otherwise violating park rules, will be immediately asked to stop and may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Important Terms & Conditions for General Entry

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing your General Entry ticket:

1. Ticket Validity: This ticket is valid only for the specific date of purchase and use.
2. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Transferable: General Entry tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or moved to another date once purchased. Please ensure your chosen date is suitable before completing your transaction.
3. No Refunds: In line with our general refund policy, no refunds will be issued for General Entry tickets due to change of mind, inability to attend, or non-compliance with premises rules resulting in denied entry or expulsion.
4. Picnic Baskets: You are welcome to bring your own picnic basket. Please note that a R100 charge applies per picnic basket brought onto the premises. We encourage you to also support our on-site Restaurant and Tuck Shop.
5. No Alcohol Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure maintains a strict no-alcohol policy for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, especially children. Any person found bringing or consuming alcohol on the premises will be immediately removed and permanently banned from the property without refund.
6. Premises Rules: All visitors must strictly adhere to all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by Nelo’s staff and displayed signage. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without refund.

By purchasing a General Entry ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these specific terms and conditions, in addition to Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure’s full Terms and Conditions and Indemnity Policy.
