Please read these terms carefully before purchasing your Paintball ticket:

• Ticket Validity:
  Your Paintball ticket is valid only for the specific date selected at the time of purchase.

• Non-Exchangeable & Non-Transferable:
  Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred to another person, or moved to a different date once purchased. Please ensure your chosen date and time suit your group before making payment.

• No Refunds:
  In line with our general refund policy, no refunds will be issued due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Late arrival or inability to attend

  • Non-compliance with premises or safety rules resulting in denied participation or expulsion

• Picnic Baskets:
  You are welcome to bring your own picnic basket.

  • A R100 charge applies per picnic basket brought onto the premises.

  • We encourage you to also support our on-site Restaurant and Tuck Shop for snacks and meals.

• No Alcohol Policy:
  ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
  Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure enforces a strict no-alcohol policy for the safety and enjoyment of all guests, especially children.

  • Any person found bringing or consuming alcohol on-site will be immediately removed and permanently banned from the property without refund.

• Premises Rules & Indemnity:

  • All visitors must obey the rules, signage, and instructions given by Nelo’s staff and marshals.

  • Failure to follow paintball safety rules or general premises rules may lead to immediate removal from the activity and/or premises without refund.

  • By purchasing a Paintball ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as Nelo’s Farmyard and Adventure’s full Terms and Conditions and Indemnity Policy.
