Indoor halls policy (Food & Power): The halls are strictly non-cooking areas. No on-site food preparation or heating is allowed indoors (including gas appliances, open flames, fryers, grills, hotplates, microwaves or similar). Vendors who prepare or heat food must trade outdoors. Generators/inverters and gas cylinders are not permitted inside the halls. (Silent generators/inverters may be used outdoors only, per event rules.)
Once you have completed your application please proceed to purchase your entry tickets as stall applications are free, but entrance to Nelo’s still applies.

Stall Rules & Regulations (for applications)
1) Event date, trading hours, load-in & pack-out
Event: Easter Egg Hunt + Market Day — Saturday, 4 April 2026
Public trading hours: 11:00–18:00 (stalls must be fully set up and ready by 10:45)
Load-in / setup: 08:30–10:30 (offloading only)
Vehicles: must be moved to designated customer parking by 10:45 (no vendor vehicles parked at stalls during trading)

All market-related enquiries and arrangements must be emailed to market@nelosadventure.co.za.
2) Stall fee & entry tickets (important for this event)
Stall applications are free for this Easter Market Day.
Entry is required per person entering the premises (public, stallholders, and stall helpers).
If a person has an activity ticket that includes entry, they do not need to purchase a separate General Entry ticket for that individual (entry is included with that activity pass).
Gate policy applies: CARDS ONLY. NO CASH. NO REFUNDS. NO TAG, NO ENTRY.
3) What Nelo’s provides / what you must bring
Nelo’s provides space only (typical stall footprint is 4×3 m) and assigns placement. No power, water, furniture, lighting, flooring, tents/gazebos, décor, or Wi-Fi are supplied—vendors must bring everything they need.
4) Space allocation, layout & placement
Placement is allocated by Nelo’s at its discretion for safety and flow (especially due to children moving between hunt zones).
You may not swap stalls, enlarge your footprint, or block walkways.
Keep walkways clear at all times (this is a high child-traffic event).
5) Power, equipment & setup safety
Power is not supplied. If limited power is approved for your setup, all cables must be safely covered and cannot create trip hazards.
Gazebos must be properly secured (weights/sandbags).
Displays must be stable and safe around children (no sharp edges at child height; no unsecured hooks, nails, or unstable shelving).
6) Trading conduct (family-friendly requirement)
This is a family event. Professional, family-friendly conduct is required at all times. Nelo’s may remove any vendor (without compensation) for behaviour or trading practices that are disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. General conduct and compliance with staff instructions are required under Nelo’s rules.
7) Products, categories & prohibited items
No counterfeit/illegal goods, explicit 18+ goods, illegal substances, or anything deemed unsafe/inappropriate.
Alcohol rules apply: personal alcohol is prohibited unless explicitly purchased/consumed in Nelo’s designated licensed areas (if applicable).
No glass containers and no dangerous/sharp objects.
Nelo’s reserves the right to decline applications that don’t align with the event, venue rules, or safety needs.
8) Food vendors (permits, hygiene, safety)
Food vendors must upload a menu/photo as part of the application (and must trade within what was approved).
You are solely responsible for any required health compliance and safe food handling.
If using gas/heat outdoors, you must have appropriate safety controls (e.g., fire extinguisher) and handle waste/grey water responsibly.
9) Noise, music & announcements
No loud music or disruptive amplification from stalls.
Any announcements, entertainment, or sound requirements must be approved in writing beforehand.
10) Security, risk & responsibility for goods
You trade entirely at your own risk. Nelo’s is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor goods/equipment.
Keep valuables secured and never leave cash or devices unattended.
11) Applications, approval, refunds & force majeure
Applications are subject to approval. Nelo’s may refuse or cancel a vendor booking if stall contents or conduct breach venue rules or safety requirements.
Entry tickets are subject to Nelo’s non-refundable policy (including refusal of entry/expulsion for non-compliance).
The event operates weather permitting; Nelo’s may adjust layout/timings for safety.
