Nelo’s Easter Egg Hunt is split into 4 age-group sessions. Please book the correct ticket for your child’s age group.

Session schedule (fixed)

• 12:00 — 0–3 years: Parent-assisted egg hunt on the Grass Square

• 12:30 — 4–6 years: Egg hunt in the Animal Farm zone

• 13:00 — 7–10 years: Grass Square + Animal Farm + Pool Area (kids chase the bunny/chicken as eggs are dropped)

• 14:00 — 11–14 years: Entire Nelo’s chase route (chicken drops eggs across the venue)

What your ticket includes

• General entry for the child for the day (no separate general entry ticket is needed for the child on this ticket).

• One scheduled egg hunt session (per the product time)

• 10 eggs per child maximum (fair-share rule)

Fair-play rules (please read)

• Each child may collect up to 10 eggs only so every child gets eggs.

• No pushing, grabbing from other children, or rough play.

• Stay within the designated session area and follow staff instructions at all times.

• Late arrivals may miss the session once it has started (sessions run on a schedule) and no refunds will be given for late arrivals.

Check-in and entry rules

• Please arrive 20 minutes early for wristband check-in for your child’s age group/session.

• Tickets are scanned at the gate. NO TAG, NO ENTRY. CARDS ONLY. NO CASH. NO REFUNDS.

Tickets are subject to Nelo’s full Terms & Conditions (including the general no-refund policy and the written request process for exceptional cases).

Note: This ticket covers the child’s entry. All other attendees must have valid entry as applicable to them.
